My scale of involvement with projects varies greatly from 100% custom home designs to helping folks redesign their living space to helping choose final finish materials for new builds or renovations. My list of design clients has grown and my clients are now no longer just local but are spread from Texas to New York to Tennessee to North Carolina and lots of spots in between. I try to do as much of the design process as possible virtually which saves me travel time and saves you, the client, money. At the beginning and usually the end as well, some travel may be a necessity to get started and to complete a project and for us to all feel good with the finished product. 

Complete Custom Design and Interior Design Services

Anything and everything that you want me to work on design related I will do. From floor plans and spatial designs to final finish choices, furnishing shopping and final set up and staging. (locations vary for this service)

Floor Plan and Spatial Design
​

Create floor plans and spatial designs-does not include final finish selections or interior design and décor.
Finalize all designs and put in different formats to be sent to architect or draftsman for construction documents.
Work with architect or draftsman to help complete final construction document
